Spare Cartridges & Filters

Spare filters and cartridges are critical for maintaining optimal protection. They are available in various types depending on the hazards – such as organic vapour, acid gas, or particulate filters – and are compatible with most standard reusable masks.

Types available:

1.  RC203 Respirator Filter can be used with masks NP305 & NP306 for spray painting and organic vapours of low toxicity.
2. 3M™ Retainer 501 combined with a 3M™ Gas and Vapour Filter 6000 Series to offer protection against airborne particles.
3. 3M Particulate cartridge 6001 protect against low levels of airborne particles including fine dust and water/oil-based mists and is suitable for use with all 3M half and full face masks when combined with 3M Retainer 501 and either a 3M Gas and Vapour Filter 5N11.
4. Particulate filter N95 combined with 3M 501 Filter Retainer on 3M 5000 0R 6000 series to protect against certain airborne particles. NIOSH approved.

Application Guide:

• Replace regularly as per manufacturer guidance
• Always ensure compatibility with the mask model
• Always match filter to workplace hazard
• Replace according to usage time or breathing resistance
