TERMS OF SERVICE FOR LEADSTECH ENTERPRISE LIMITED.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.theleadstech.com ("Site"), you agree to comply with these legally binding Terms of Service. If you represent an organization, you confirm authority to bind said organization.
2. Services Overview
Leadstech Enterprise Limited ("Leadstech," "we," "us") provides:
- Sale of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for industrial, healthcare, and general safety.
- Product information and technical support.
- Order processing and delivery services.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate account/order information
Use products solely for intended safety purposes
Comply with all Kenyan safety regulations (e.g., OSHA Kenya guidelines)
Not reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse proprietary product designs
4. Purchases & Payment
All prices in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
Payment via approved gateways (M-Pesa, debit/credit cards)
Delivery within 3-7 business days across East Africa
Returns accepted for defective items within 14 days
5. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, product designs, text) is owned by Leadstech and protected under Kenyan Copyright Act (Cap 130) and Trademarks Act (Cap 506). Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Leadstech shall not be liable for:
Damages from product misuse or alteration
Indirect/consequential damages (lost profits, data loss)
Third-party actions related to our products
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, prior to litigation.
